What to expect at the Genius Bar repair appointment

Your iPhone has a hardware problem. You need your iPhone repaired and while you’re chatting with an AppleCare advisor, he may determine if your issue requires your iPhone to be seen by an Apple Genius. Likewise, you may be scheduling the Genius Bar appointment yourself in the Apple support app, from a Specialist with an iPad Pro (walk-in and appointment), or upon referral by an AppleCare advisor.
