Open letter about iPhone services

My goal to change the way the iPhone services shall be done.
Greetings to Apple and whom are the fans and the Geniuses,
We have found out that most of the iPhone and iPad services were unfair and mistreated. Firstly, most of the common issues over the iOS devices not relating to a broken screen or battery replacement were rejected and/or replaced by a new iOS device in an unfair way. For example, you should do the repair on replacing the battery on the iPhone with split gate rather than just offering them replacements or rejection of the repair. It doesn’t even make sense to unfairly omit the repair or service out or replace the whole broken iPhone for a massive $$$! Even for something small like a bent iPhone (Bendgate) or a minor dent in the back of the iPhone or iPad, these issues can be corrected easily without giving up!

It’s true that a single dent on the iPhone housing can be fixed as well. Some videos on YouTube prove that a dent can be removed by pressing a hammer or mallet into the back casing after the screen and battery is removed. And you just need a little strength to correct a single bend on an iPhone 6s, regardless if there’s a tool or not.
Secondly, replacements shall NOT be done unless if the issue is inoperable for repair. I’ve seen many iPhone repairs including the operable ones, were rejected and replaced by a brand new iPhone. We should do the repairs of every iPhone, unless if it’s severely damaged. Offering a replacement to a customer for just an operable iPhone issue would feast lots of dollars. Even if they only got a broken camera or water damage in their iPhone.
Lastly, refusing a repair for an iPhone in an unexpected way is mistreatment. Neither a repair nor the service shall be rejected, regardless if it’s operable or not.
In the last words, all Apple service technicians and Geniuses should do this. It’s for giving respect, positivity, and motivation to themselves, and putting an iPhone user back in the right path.
Change the way you should service ones iPhone, and supersede over the refusals and revokes.
